The student government organization responsible for improving and overseeing student life. The Senate office is open to all students from 10am to 5pm and any student is allows to attend meetings and committees. LGBTQ Center GroupsConversation Group
A popular event that brings together all students to sit together for a discussion on the topic of the week. Thursdays 7:30-9pm LGBTQ Center Students Honoring And Delivering Ethnic Self-worth (SHADES) A discussion group about the intersection of multiculturalism and LGBTQ. Mondays 6-7pm LGBTQ Center Come In Come Out A program cosponsored and co-facilitated by the Counseling Center that brings together people to discuss the lifelong coming out process. Mondays 4:30-6pm Counseling Center PANorama A discussion group focused on Bi, Pan, & Fluid sexualities and sexual expression. Wednesdays 6-7pm LGBTQ Center Gay Lesbian and Allies Advancing Medicine (GLAAM) For students interested in careers in medicine with a focus on the Colleges of Nursing and Pharmacy to address health issues that impact the LGBTQ Community. Thursdays 5-6pm LGBTQ Center switches off every other week with OSTEM Out Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (OSTEM) OSTEM brings together students from science related fields. Thursdays 5-6pm LGBTQ Center switches off every other week with GLAAM SPIRIT SPIRIT stands for Spiritual Purposeful Introspective Religious and Identity Transformation which deals with the intersection of Religion and Identity.
